Returns are only accepted on garments deemed faulty, I require notification via email of your intent to return an item within 7 days of dispatch date.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. The products must be returned via Australia Post, international returns via Air Mail. I suggest your returns be registered so they can be tracked. Freight costs are at the expense of the customer. Returned items must not have been worn, altered or washed.
I do not issue cash refunds. Online credit will be issued against the returned item if appropriate. Online credit can only be redeemed at my online store.
Please note: shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.
